All you need to do is sand the old frames to get all the old dirt dust or paint off, I used spray paint, then stapled chicken wire to the middle of the frame, and fabric to the back! I also bought the wall hangers to hand the frames up.

Old Window Frames Turned Into Photo Holder and Jewelry Holder
I found these great study window frames at a flea market, they were only 12 dollar each and I couldn't pass them up! My jewelry crowed my beautiful antique vanity, so i figured up on the wall is the best place to display my jewelry!! And I am always taking pictures, so this picture holder is the best and easiest way to display my new pictures without having to buy new frames and taking up more wall space.
