DIY Homemade Granola

This granola has to be the best I have ever had, and its not only because I made it.
You will need:
  • Rolled oats(enough to make a nice layer over a baking sheet)
  • 2 Handfuls of walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup honey
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, cover your baking sheet with the oats(I say it was about 4 or 5 cups) put the chopped walnuts on top and bake for about 10 minutes. While that is baking add your butter, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon to a pan and bring to a boil stirring constantly. Pull the oats and walnuts out of the oven, and add your mixture. Make sure you mix it all in well, and put back into the oven for about 10 more minutes. When its all done cooing set it aside to cool, and mix it around occasionally so while it dries it breaks up into clusters.
